We have a few different warm up workout videos - go to our site & search "warm up". We are currently developing an 8 week program that details how to best lay out our workout videos, day by day. Watch for that in the next 10 days.

If you were to switch to lower resistance exercises like the ones in this video, you could end up slimming them a bit.

Hi there! You can see results in about 2 weeks (especially if you combine your exercise with healthy eating). Here's a tip that will help you out; the link in the "description" part above takes you to our website, where we break down each and every routine for how it works, what it works, how many calories it burns, etc. Thank you for your question & for watching our workout videos :D Kelli

It takes a lot of work to build a custom routine so we are currently working on an inexpensive 8 week fat loss program that tells people how to use our workout videos, day by day. Watch for that! HIIT is intense, short burst of cardio that would be next to impossible to sustain for longer periods & regular cardio is more sustainable. HIIT has been shown to burn a high number of calories & fat as well as provide quicker endurance increases.
